Well, another week has gone by and no lesson yet. I got a call from my instructor today advising that we WILL have a lesson on Thursday and I am very much looking forward to it. I have been continuing to practice, and hope to go through this and pick up more material at my next lesson.
I did not make it to services at all Saturday. I managed to sleep right through until about 10:10, and services here generally end at about 10:15. Oh well, I guess I needed the sleep.
The weather here has been unusually cold, and they had been predicting snow in Jerusalem. That is an uncommon occurrence. The temperatures tonight and tomorrow night are expected to be in the low 30s and it has been raining for the last 3 days, so I’ll just have to wait and see what happens. Considering how hilly it is here, I would imagine that any snow would wreak havoc with traffic.
