In my last post I neglected to mention the plethora of scooters here. Since traffic is generally tied up, at least to some extent, scooters are the quickest way to travel. Many deliveries are made by scooter, and it is not at all unusual to see a UPS scooter go by. Next time I see one I’ll see if I can snap a picture to post.
Of course, the scooters also contribute somewhat to the traffic as they have no qualms whatsoever about going between cars in adjacent lanes or riding on the sidewalks. I should add that it is not uncommon to see a car or truck driving on the sidewalk either. Pedestrians beware!!!!!
